shipping policy
1. After you place an order, and we receive your payment we will post your order in 24 to 48 hours. Excluding the uncontroll conditions.
2. All the goods are shipped from China.
3. We use the EMS( equal to USPS in America), it's free of charge. You will have your goods within 5 to 10 working days. we also offer rush delivery, although it only need 3 or 4 days, you must pay extra 30 dollars. those are shipped either via TNT, UPS, or FEDEX.
4. Free shipping list: America, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland, Denmark, Japan, Portugal, Norway, Greece, Singapore, Vietnam.
Non-free shipping list: some countries like Netherlands, Iraq, Russia, Poland, Iran are for 30 dollars, Guadeloupe is 50 dollars and Brazil is 10 dollars.
5. Please make sure that you are avaliable to sign the package. Otherwise, the package will
returnto the local post office.
Rreturn policy
1. The customers can ask for return if it's our fault that we send you the wrong size, wrong color, wrong style. You have no need to send the wrong one back, we will deliver the correct one again.
2. We will not accept return if we send you the correct product.
